Counseling
Coaching, and therapy have a lot in common. However, therapy usually starts with symptoms. These can be psychosomatic complaints or depression. You may suffer from a lack of motivation, depression or anxiety. You may experience compulsions, circling thoughts or panic attacks.
In therapy, we look for triggers for the problems, and develop solutions together. We strengthen strengths, and discover buried resources.
In individual therapy, we describe a lot and listen carefully. We look for exceptions and solutions. We try things out, experiment and discover a zest for life and joie de vivre. And, yes, we are allowed to laugh! Laughter is often the first step towards mental health.

Hypnosis and
Hypnotherapy
Since 2006, hypnotherapy has been an officially recognized psychotherapeutic method. Despite its scientific foundation, many myths and misunderstandings about working with hypnosis still circulate.
In hypnotherapy, we guide you into a state of relaxed concentration – a trance where rational thinking takes a backseat. This state allows us to access deeper levels of consciousness and promote therapeutic processes. Whether through classical suggestion, working with traumatic memories, or changing emotions and physical sensations, hypnosis offers a wide range of possibilities for effective therapy.
Hypnotherapy can be supportive in addressing a broad spectrum of issues – from anxiety and depression to trauma, chronic pain, and irritable bowel syndrome. Hypnosis is also used for exam preparation and performance enhancement.

Systemisches Coaching
Der Unterschied zwischen Coaching und Therapie ist nicht immer leicht zu erkennen - insbesondere, wenn wir lösungsorientiert arbeiten. Wenn wir Coaching definieren, stehen häufig berufliche
Ziele im Mittelpunkt​. Das können zum Beispiel bessere Konfliktfähigkeit, Kommunikation-, oder Entscheidungsfähigkeit sein. Der Wunsch nach mehr Resilienz, nach einem besseren Umgang mit Stress oder die Sorge vor Burnout sind ebenso Themen.
Die Ziele bestimmen Sie. Den Weg entwickeln wir gemeinsam. Klient und Coach bestimmen auf Augenhöhe, wohin es gehen soll. Psychologisches Coaching geht immer ein Stück weiter als reines Business Coaching. Nachhaltige Wirksamkeit entsteht erst in Verbindung mit persönlichem Wachstum. Im Coaching lernen Sie sich selbst besser kennen. Sie entdecken unbekannte Stärken und Ressourcen und verstehen, worum es in Ihrem Leben geht. Sie werden gefordert und entwickeln mehr Freundlichkeit sich selbst gegenüber.
